RDC Program

The RDC (Regional Distribution Center) model is an independent dealers’ key to staying competitive and profitable against the Big Box retailers.  Dealers utilizing the RDC model have been able to increase their margins by stocking more items and at the same time, increasing inventory turns, all the while earning full manufacturer rebates.  Independent Stationers pioneered the RDC model in the Office Products industry, and seven years later, there is still nothing else like it in the industry.
